April 20, 2014 at 01:28AM:How do I install third party themes in Windows 8.1?
I am running on Windows 8.1. I tried to patch the system files using Universal Theme Patcher, that didn’t work. I tried UxStyle, neither that worked nor did UltraUXTheme patcher.
Is there some other reliable method?
