August 18, 2014 at 06:49AM:When I try to log into my Hotmail account it tells me that the password I’m using is incorrect but I’ve been using the same password for ever, so I have a new e-mail address with Outlook but with the same password. I also need to retrieve my messages from my Hotmail account and move them to my Outlook account if at all possible if I can’t fix my Hotmail problem.
