How do I get rid of the black borders on printed pages?

November 09, 2014 at 01:13AM: I have a wireless Canon MG5250 printer on a Macintosh. Whenever I print something, I get black, horizontal borders. How do I get rid of horizontal black lines appearing on my paper when I am printing something?
