RatherGet is the first shopping tool to directly use preferences between products, made by real people, as the foundation of its decision advice engine. Already, RatherGet has assembled the largest database of consumer preferences ever created: more than 50,000 decisions, between more than 30,000 products. RatherGet began as a stealth project, 2 years ago in an NYC apartment by a pair of founders who've previously built social networks and worked in investment banking. They've recently completed its first round institutional funding and are now looking to rapidly expand the depth and quality of the service. In the first 3 months since launch, RatherGet has seen continuous 35% month-over-month, 100% organic growth. This month RatherGet has emerged from stealth mode. RatherGet's founders aim to be assisting millions of shoppers each month by mid-2015.
