How can I disable JIT debugging on my computer?

Next question: I am having an annoying pop-up regarding JIT (Enabling or disabling Just-In-Time debugging). I am advised to go into to Tools-Options-then disable to prevent such. I am using Chrome 36 s my primary browser on OS Windows 8.1 (with the new August update) and cannot find the options tab. Any ideas?
