Why’d you left, guys? I mean, seriously - Google

After reading the article on Techcrunch about Google, I was wondering to find people/ employees at Google are also the same as they are at other companies in terms of complains and resignations. Well, it was my impression that Google guys are the happiest [lucky?] employees. After all, the are working at "#1 Place to Work - Forbes". The email thread published on Techcrunch is a reprint of ex-Google employees on why they left Google.


In 2008, a private Google Group [HR] was set up at Google to ask their ex-employees - why they left the company? Some of them have pointed out the poor management, too much bureaucracy, poor mentoring and less pay!
