Call Graph attempts to provide value added services on Voice over IP (VoIP) Systems. Currently we support only Skype but we will add support for more systems gradually. Our primary service offerings are call record indexing and transcribing. For both of these we use an technology which was developed in house. The technology relies heavily on Active Speech Recognition (ASR) and our algorithm uses it to solve problems specific to audio search and transcription.
