How do I hide my external hard drive from Rhapsody?

November 30, 2013 at 09:46AM:

I just want to hide my external hard drive from Rhapsody, because every time I open the program, it starts checking it as if it were one of my devices.

I have Windows 8 now, but before that, I had Windows XP, and I never had that problem.

Rhapsody’s solution? Well it just disconnect your hard drive until you are done using Rhapsody. It doesn’t seem as though Rhapsody will try to find a solution, since I have been asking them since January of this year (2013).

Does anyone here know what to do?
