Easy HR is a simple, intuitive and beautiful way to manage the Human Capital of an Organization. It provides employee records, leaves, expenses, travel, and attendance making it very easy to manage. HR automation is SME and even in some large enterprises is not existent. The most you see is companies outsource their payroll. Even the companies who want to automate either get software that are very expensive or have very basic functionality, which is very rigid and does not work. HR’s are not technical and do not want to spend hours trying to configure their system to their company needs. They want a simple settings screen here they can go and setup their rules and the software should just function. We have taken up this challenge to simply HR process automation and make it as simple as an iPhone or something even my grandmother can use.
