How can I type the Rupee and Euro symbols?

April 12, 2014 at 01:29AM:

I have purchased Dell KB212-B keyboard. I want to use the “Rupee” & “Euro” symbol which is located on the “4″ & “5″ keys respectively. I searched the net and got an answer which says using the right Alt key will work but it’s not working. I tried all the Shift, Alt & Ctrl keys but no results. However, when I type right Alt + 0128, I get the Euro sign and when I type right Alt + 8377 the rupee sign is displayed.

How can I get the these symbols directly?

Please help.

Thanks in advance.
