How can I recover my Facebook account given that my recovery email address is out of date and the code wasn’t sent to my friend?

Hi,

I have problems with my facebook account. I forgot my password and my email adresse is no longer available (the email from my facebook account), so I asked help from my three friends but one of them didn’t receive the code and now I don’t know what to do because I really need my account back.

Any suggestions?
